The hotel's location is excellent for exploring the city, as it is only a short tube ride to Marble Arch and close to numerous pubs and restaurants. It is also conveniently situated next to a bus stop, making it easy to navigate the city. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and nice showers. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing great service. the breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of options to suit different tastes.
Some areas of the hotel could use a bit of updating and refurbishment.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the train station. The staff here were exceptional, providing enhanced comfort and quality services throughout my stay. The room was clean and well-equipped, with amenities such as air conditioning, ironing facilities, and free Wi-Fi. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were great places to unwind and enjoy a delicious meal. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even assisting with my bags and ensuring the heating was on in my room. I felt truly pampered during my time here.
